Bracket

This is a long frame-shaped part with multiple bends in different directions and reinforcing ribs on both arms, so the automatic stamping die needs precise adjustment to keep flatness and dimensions consistent at several points at once. Because the part is long and bent in multiple stages, it tends to warp if the press force isn’t even, so the mounting surface flatness has to be carefully controlled to fit properly with the mating parts.
