Approximately 28 years ago, in Vietnam, a time when electricity was not yet widely available, we brought mold technology for producing electrical product components to this region and began manufacturing. Shipping inspection and packaging process
Before shipment, all products undergo a full visual inspection during the shipping inspection process. We check for appearance, scratches, deformation, and quantity to ensure quality before packaging and shipping to our customers.
Storage for sheet metal and coil materials
This is a materials warehouse for storing sheet metal and coil materials. Approximately 80% of the materials are steel, with the remainder consisting of stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, and other materials. The materials are organized by type to ensure stable production.
Mold manufacturing process
We have inherited over 50 years of mold-making technology cultivated in Japan, and we handle everything from design to processing and assembly in-house. We also have many Vietnamese engineers who have been with us for over 20 years.

Pressing process
In our press working process, we process various metal parts using progressive and single-stage dies, primarily based on dies manufactured in-house. We also accept dies brought in by other companies and transfer dies, ensuring stable mass production.
Zinc plating process
Currently, we perform zinc plating on products within our manufacturing process. We offer white, yellow, and black chromate finishes, and we are currently applying for permission to accept external contract machining work.
Quality inspection process
In our QC inspection process, we utilize the latest KEYENCE LM series and MITUTOYO CMMs to verify product dimensions and quality with high precision. We maintain a stable quality assurance system by making full use of these measuring instruments.

Founded in Japan, the company established a solid foundation for precision parts processing.
The first overseas base was established in Dong Nai Province in southern Vietnam.
Expanded operations in Vietnam by entering the northern province of Vinh Phuc.
Due to business expansion, a second factory was established within Dong Nai Province.
In addition to press processing, the company also began full-scale development of its plastic molding business.
Acquired a Taiwanese can manufacturing plant and established a new construction division specializing in steel frame processing.
50th anniversary of founding. A total of 4 factories provide a stable supply of parts to the world.
