We support mass production for a wide range of industries, including high-precision processing for electronic components. Our operations cover diverse sectors from automotive and motorcycles to home appliances, sewing machines, fire-fighting equipment, and kitchenware.
Sales-Based Models Available
We specialize in manufacturing precision molds for external sale, meeting the highest standards for accuracy and quality assurance. We flexibly accept standalone mold orders, satisfying advanced technical requirements with our proven expertise.
Flexible production support
No minimum order quantity (MOQ). We handle orders from 1 piece to several million pieces per month. We have a team of 380 employees and over 50 presses (maximum 500 tons).

From design to assembly, everything is done in-house. Backed by Japanese technology and precision.

Transfer-type support
We accept production using molds manufactured by other companies. We can accept orders even without creating new molds, and we support mass production and on-site adjustments using existing molds.

Equipment list
20t-250t press machines
We own a total of 80 Japanese-made presses throughout Vietnam, enabling us to handle large parts and high-speed pressing.
500t hydraulic press
Equipped with a 400mm die cushion, this large hydraulic press is capable of handling large-scale and deep-drawing processes.
Laser processing machine
We have introduced an AMADA 2.2kW CO₂ laser processing machine to handle small-lot sheet metal processing.

QC/QA Team
A dedicated team of 13 highly experienced QC/QA staff members ensures a stable supply of precision parts through robust quality control certified by IATF.
About proofreading
All measuring instruments are regularly calibrated by certified third parties, ensuring accurate measurements and consistent quality control.
Inspection equipment
We utilize KEYENCE 2D measuring instruments and MITUTOYO 3D measuring instruments to perform highly accurate dimensional inspections.
Inspection system
Final quality control through visual inspection and packaging.
Our inspection team conducts thorough visual inspections and final quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards.
Automated image inspection systems improve accuracy and efficiency, while strict lot traceability enables rapid response to quality issues. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
