With 8 consecutive stamping process stages required to form its complex bending profile, precise die alignment is essential to satisfy the specified tolerances for all dimensions and bending angles.
Although the 1.0 mm thick SPCC sheet possesses good ductility, the sharp bend radii and multi-stage forming still make the part prone to cracking or dimensional deviation if the press force and die clearance are not strictly maintained.
Furthermore, the M5 thread tapping process and the Ep-Fe/Zn 8/CM2 plating layer must be rigorously controlled to meet quality standards prior to shipment.
