Conductive element

This product uses a thin 0.3mm copper sheet, which is soft and prone to deformation, combined with a complex multi-bend shape that requires highly precise tooling to prevent cracking or angular deviation.

Tight dimensional tolerances and a very low allowable burr height mean the die must be regularly maintained and re-sharpened.

As this element conducts RF signals, the plated surface must be completely free of scratches, rust, peeling, or pinholes to ensure stable conductivity and solderability.
