Mounting base frame

This part is a fairly large flat frame made from thin 1.0mm sheet, hollow in the middle and with many slots, long ribs and bent tabs along its edges, so it warps easily after stamping. Flatness and the positions of the holes and slots therefore need tight control.
Burrs on the outer surface and around the holes must stay low, and the bent edges must be free of scratches to keep a clean appearance when mounted in the equipment.
In addition, the M3 threads in the burred holes are tapped after plating, so care is needed to keep the plating layer from affecting thread accuracy.
