A JOURNEY OF UNITY – COMPANY TRIP TO NHA TRANG 2026

Annual company retreat combined with team building activities.

From the 8th to the 10th, the Company organized its annual retreat for all employees in the coastal city of Nha Trang, with the participation of approximately 350 people, including staff members and their families. This event is part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to care for the well-being of its people, and served as an opportunity for employees across departments, together with their families, to connect, understand one another better, and strengthen team unity.

Day 1: Visiting VinWonders Nha Trang

The journey began with a full day at VinWonders Nha Trang, featuring amusement rides, a water park, and a wide range of entertainment activities. It was a chance for everyone to relax, set work aside, and enjoy a lively day together with colleagues.

Day 2: Team Building at Monkey Island – Gala Dinner in the Evening

Team Building – Strengthening Teamwork, Spreading Team Spirit

In the morning, the group traveled to Monkey Island for a team building program featuring a series of group activities that called for coordination, trust, and mutual support among participants. Through these shared challenges, employees demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and camaraderie that extended well beyond their daily work.

Gala Dinner – An Evening of Appreciation and Togetherness

The day concluded with a formal and warm Gala Dinner in the evening, bringing together the entire group. It was an occasion for Company leadership to express gratitude to all employees for their contributions, while also reflecting on the journey so far and looking ahead to future goals.
The gala featured a variety of performances by employees themselves, creating memorable moments that reflected the Company’s culture of unity and its spirit of being one big family.

Day 3: Mud Bath Experience – Return to the Company

To close out the trip, the group enjoyed a relaxing mud bath experience to unwind and recharge before departing for home at midday. It was a gentle final chapter of the journey, allowing everyone to savor the last moments of the trip together with their colleagues.

The Nha Trang 2026 company trip concluded successfully, leaving behind countless memories and heartfelt moments for every participant. Beyond a chance to rest and recharge after a busy work period, the trip was also a valuable opportunity to nurture the spirit of unity – a core value that forms the strength of the Company’s collective team.
